Please do not buy or bid if you cannot pay within 4 days. Buyers who violate this policy will be contacted automatically by EBay.  Should payment still not be made, an unpaid strike will be placed on your account.

Shipping

• Shipping fees include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging materials & insurance. By placing your bid, we assume you understand and accept these charges. These fees are non-negotiable.
• We only  ship to Canada  and the United States . We DO NOT  ship to unconfirmed addresses.
• Most items are currently shipped via Canada Post. Larger items may be shipped via courier.
• We ship items from Monday to Friday. Typically, items ship within 2 business days after we receive payment. Shipping may be delayed due to statutory holidays.
• Purchases made outside of Canada may be subject to customs charges. You are responsible for such charges.
• Items marked as “Standard International Shipping” could take up to 15 business days to arrive. Please allow adequate time for it to arrive before contacting us. If you need the item sooner, ask us to quote you the cost of a faster shipping method.
• Shipping delays   are beyond our control. We kindly ask that you allow adequate time for delivery, especially for packages shipped outside of Canada. Should you have issues regarding shipping, we ask that you contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will do everything possible to rectify the issue.

Warranty

• ALL of our products are photographed prior to packaging so we can have a record of the physical condition of that product. This is designed to prevent returns of our products that may have been tampered with.
• Warranty does not cover human mistakes or improper use of the product.
• Buyer is responsible for paying shipping & insurance charges to return defective item to us. Pack the product well. Returned items damaged due to improper packaging will NOT be replaced or refunded.
• Damaged, burned and abused items are not covered under warranty. DOA or defective items will be replaced with an identical item depending on inventory levels.
• We will issue a refund if the item is no longer in stock.
• We are not responsible for any damage or malfunction of the item caused by third party software or software upgrading.
• Software or drivers are not included and are the responsibility of the purchaser to obtain.
• Items sold FOR PARTS OR REPAIR are not covered under warranty & under no circumstances will it be repaired or replaced.

Returns

• Should there be a problem, please contact us before returning your item.
• All returned merchandise must be in the same condition with any and all accessories it shipped with.
• Products returned with parts or accessories missing will not be processed.
• Please allow 5 business days after we receive the item to process your return.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund should the item be found not to be defective.
• Returns on new products will only be accepted providing the original packaging is unopened. Example: Toner cartridges will only be accepted providing the factory sealed bag containing the cartridge is not punctured or unopened.
