CDP'S 6.0L EGR Cooler is the perfect solution for repairing the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system in your 2004.5-2010 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke. While the EGR is a common failure item on the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke, replacing it with factory components leads to the same problems, over and over. The EGR Cooler Upgrade features re-designed internal passages that increase flow over the factory stuffed fin design that is prone to clogging and failure.

Our Business Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Eastern Standard Time. We do our absolute best to ship orders the same day when placed before 2:00 PM EST, when not backordered from the manufacturer. Our shipping department uses USPS, UPS and/or Fed EX. We do offer expedited shipping options. Additional shipping charges may apply when shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or any US Territory. Orders shipping internationally or to a PO Box may be cancelled at our discretion. Any item we over $500.00 USD, may be shipped with signature confirmation required. Please inspect all purchases upon arrival and notify us immediately of any parts damaged in transit as soon as possible. You are required to notify us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged parts. Re-shipment of items damaged in transit will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shippers require the original packaging and/or pictures. By purchasing from us, you the buyer acknowledges this and will assist us with any damaged in-transit carrier requirements. We ship from warehouses all over the country. This allows us to cut down transit times and get you the parts you ordered quicker. Your purchase will ship from the closest warehouse that has the part in stock and may come in several packages on different days. Please message us for faster shipping options, at an additional cost, if there is an urgent deadline required for your parts arrival. If a package is refused or you are not able to make delivery arrangements with the carrier, a Restocking Fee may apply.

We do not ship Non-C.A.R.B. Compliant parts to the state of California and we reserve the right to cancel any order requesting us to do so.

eBay Global Shipping Program: We only ship outside the United States of America using eBay’s Global Shipping Program. We do not control their shipping charges, nor their in-transit times. Shipments made through the eBay’s Global Shipping Program, can only be returned at the expense of the buyer. Global Shipping items are subject to our standard return policy.

All of our parts and accessories are returnable and refundable (exclusions apply, such as custom tuning and custom built items). You MUST contact us within 30 days of the shipment date in order for us to accept a return. The item in which you are returning MUST be unused, uninstalled, in the original condition, and in the original packaging. To begin the return process you MUST contact us to obtain an RA number and RA form (if applicable) prior to sending the item back. Returns will be jeopardized at the customer’s expense if they are sent back without a return authorization number. All returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error caused by NCB Diesel & Offroad or its business partners (i.e., damaged or defective items, incorrect part shipped, etc.), we will cover all freight charges on the replacement items. Refunds will be credited back using the method you used to initially pay for the item less any restocking fees (exclusions apply). Refunds will be credited within 10-14 business days after the item has been received back to our warehouse and inspected. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return of an item please feel free to contact us through eBay.

Core returns are to be returned within 45 days of purchase. Cores must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging they came in to receive full core credit. Buyers are responsible for core return shipping. Return labels are available upon request and can be provided. If a core label is requested, the shipping cost will be deducted from the core refund amount. As mentioned in the Returns Section, cores are expensive. Please insure & protect them accordingly.

Most of our products are covered by Manufacturer’s Warranties that cover the merchandise for a certain period of time after your purchase. NCB Diesel & Offroad will in no way accept responsibility for parts covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Check the documentation that you received with the merchandise for more information regarding the product warranty policy. All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. We or the manufacturer will replace, repair or refund the product based on our findings. Inbound freight must be prepaid by the customer to one of our distribution centers for warranty inspection. NO LABOR COSTS are covered for any part sold by NCB Diesel & Offroad. NCB Diesel & Offroad is not responsible or liable for any damages or malfunctions caused to your vehicle before, during, or after installation or use of any product we sell. Please use or install any product sold by NCB Diesel & Offroad at YOUR OWN RISK! We recommend professional installation on all products. All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery.
