Modeled in united segments with central cavity and hollow arms. Some cracks. The interior with distinct impressions of the artists fingers. The Gupta Empire was the Golden Age for India and produced its finest art, especially sculpture. A complete figure of these proportions and quality would be valued at about $50,000.00. This fragment alone is worthy of museum display and should be mounted.
