ITEM: Vintage JW Longaberger (Dave Longaberger's father) original cake sized basket made by JW himself in the 1930s-40s, based on the color and patina of this one. The basket has the hand hewn handle, upside down "V" 3 tack pattern on the handles, open weave bottom and sturdy, solid JW Longaberger weave/construction. This basket was signed/authenticated by Longaberger family members Jerry and Judy years ago. We have found (and had authenticated) a good number of these hard to find JW originals over the past 20 years so buy with confidence.
SIZE: Approximately 12 1/2" x 13" x 11 1/2" tall to the top of the handle
CONDITION: Normal wear from use including some splits, chips, splits and rubs from use. Solid, sturdy and still very usable.
