This lamp is one of the mass produced, mold-made pottery lamps from Roman North Africa. It has a rich, deep color, especially around the nozzle, where it has darkened from use. It has a sunken discus, two pour holes on either side of the central design, an unpierced lug handle, and a wide channel running down the nozzle. It is surrounded by shapes of arrows and what appear to be doors, also done in the delicate, stippled style of lamps from this time and place.
