Seller: dixiequilter (2,235) 100%, Location: Dixie, Washington, Ships to: US, CA, GB, JP, AU, Item: 152331888591 I found this neat antique piece of plumbing hardware at the beautiful old Adam West (Batman) family home in Walla Walla, WA. I included a photo of the house. They were having an estate sale there recently. What fun it was to see that lovely old architecture! There was even an art nouveau cast metal and glass bat light fixture hanging down from the ceiling as you went into the foyer. Adam West had also written a note on the back of a door for a subsequent owner, probably during a visit back to the house at some point. Adam West had moved to Seattle when he was a teenager and then come back to Walla Walla to attend Whitman College. Somewhere along the line new plumbing was put in and so this fixture was not needed any more, apparently. Perhaps someone would like to use this to refurbish an old bathroom fixture. The provenance it has is kind of fun. This measures 8" long and seems to be in good condition, as far as I can tell. The porcelain handle is in good condition including the end. I didn't get a real good picture of the end of it, but it's just round and white. They don't seem to make things like they used to because it appears to be in excellent condition. This will be shipped in a USPS flat rate small box for $6.80, tracking included, of course. I ship the next business day after receiving payment and I do appreciate receiving payment within three days of the end of the auction. If you are a foreign buyer, you must email me before bidding so that I can let you know if I can ship to your country and also to apprise you of your shipping costs since they can be fairly high by the shipping method I must use. I have to use a method that includes insurance so it can be tracked. Thank you for looking! Condition: What you see is what you get. I know nothing about plumbing hardware. The porcelain handle has a few tiny pin sized indentations, but otherwise is in great condition.
