Shipping

Shipping info Details

 

1. We ship daily Monday – Friday (excluding  holidays).   All orders will leave our  warehouse within 2 business days and most will go out within 24 hours. You will automatically receive a tracking # via email once your order has been shipped.
2. We box all orders in plain  and discreet packaging.   We have been  shipping for years and we know how to ship our products to you in a safe and  successful manner.
3. All domestic orders will be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). If you have a special request, please email us immediately after placing your order.
4. We will only ship to the address provided during  payment.
5. Some orders will require a signature upon delivery.   You may contact us to request that we  ship your order without signature confirmation, however we cannot be held  liable for lost or stolen items.
6. We are not responsible for any packages that are  lost or damaged during transit.  However, we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation by  working with you and the shipping carrier. This includes submitting claims on your behalf with the shipping carrier.
7. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  This applies to items with “Free Shipping” as well.  When returning an item that has “Free Shipping”, the shipping charges  we incurred when initially shipping the item will not be refunded.
8. Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and US  Territories may incur additional shipping charges.
9. Overnight shipping refers to  the time after your package leaves our warehouse. We try our best to get  same day orders processed if the order arrives in time for processing.  However, when selecting 1-Day, or other expedited shipping options, please be  advised that these options are promised from the time of shipping, not from  the time the order was submitted. Please understand that it takes time to  receive the order, process the payment, pick your order from the warehouse,  properly pack it in a box, label it and get it ready for shipping.
