Vintage FEDERAL GLASS Co. Depression Era PATRICIAN or SPOKE Pattern 11" diameter. Previously-owned. In the center section there are rub or wear marks on the face of the 8.5" diameter inner rim.  There is some pitting on the lip of the outer ring where it meets the center portion.  You have to run your finger along it to tell.  The outer 11" diameter rim has 2 flea bites.  Sold as is.
