VERY NICE, PATENT DATE OF 1871, CAST BRASS WITH TURN KNOB, HAVE NOT CLEANED IT, STILL HAS SOME VERDIGRIS ON THE BRASS, EASTLAKE VICTORIAN, & WITH THE MATCHING KEEPER!
Spring is still strong, functioning just fine without sticking, overall width of both pieces when in place is 3 1/8", height is about 1 inch while the width is 2 1/8". Very nice and very old cabinet latch! Uncommon.
