There may be minor issues from nicks & bangs to finish wear & patina. As with any of our old electrical fixtures, I always recommend having it re-wired and either replacing the old brass sockets or at least replacing the paper interior shell. Most of the old paper shells become dry and crumble when you take them apart. If it may be a porcelain socket, I find that most of these are still usable but also suggest to have it checked by an electrician before use. If there is a shade it will be in very good condition with no breaks, cracks or repairs however as with most antique shades, there may be some chipping to the upper lip from the fitter screws. Please view all photos to make your own judgment to the condition. If there is anything more than just, "the kiss of time", I will mention it within the description.
