The masonic symbols dates it to near the date on the coin. It looks like the engraved areas inside were gilded prior to engraving, and it appears that the initials are "W J". The Britannia side of the coin screws into the George lll side of the coin, and it screws tightly together if done properly, but beware, do not screw it tightly, its very hard to unscrew. Lastly, the condition of the coin is VF on the George III side, and Fine on the Britannia side. An exceptional early Masonic Box coin.
