Terms of Sale the required stuff…. ( Please read before initiating a purchase)
Payment: is expected at auction end or store checkout. Please contact me if you are unable to complete the transaction or need more time. Initiating a sale or placing a bid implies you have read terms of sale and are ready to enter a binding contract. PayPal is the preferred method of payment but contact me if you have questions regarding payment.
Shipping: I use the safest, most economical method of shipping available, whether you’re paying or I’m paying. I charge you what I pay-never more. If over payment occurs I will refund the amount of over payment. I will always combine shipping to get you the best rate so long as it is safe to do so & you let me know before you pay for any combinable items. I ship within 2 days of cleared payment, often the same day. I will contact you if the unforeseen occurs and there is an unavoidable delay. Tracking is required on all shipments.
Refunds”: I provide detailed descriptions with measurements on clothing and some other items as well as the condition & any damage or flaw noted. Should a return be needed the item must be returned in it’s original condition. Shipping costs are the burden of the buyer unless Item is grossly misrepresented. You must use 1st class to return an item sent 1st class.
International:
International buyers are welcome! Be aware you may need to pay a duty or import tax on items from the USA which the delivery company collects from you. This charge has nothing to do with me, it is a charge your government imposes on imports. I ship priority whenever possible. If you insist on 1st class you must acknowledge it is a slow means of travel for your item and may take up to 45 or 55 days at times and tracking is not available. Also you free me from responsibility for your shipment once I drop it at the post office via 1st class mail. Priority is much safer for us both.
