This is a beautiful & unique 2 ply webbed BLACK  nylon belt style halter with bronze color hardware and eyelets. It features DARK OIL  leather with TEAL buck stitch and COPPER painted floral tooling. Domestic Shipping    

We ship FedEx and USPS for domestic destinations including Alaska and Hawaii.

A tracking number will be provided for all FedEx shipments. Items shipped via US Post Office will be assigned a shipping number. This number only tracks major shipping events. Please keep this in mind when attempting to inquire with your shipping number.  
 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to any destination.  We provide all necessary customs clearance declarations with your package.
International items are shipped US Post Office Priority International.  A shipping number is provided upon dispatch.  This number only tracks major shipping events. Please keep this in mind when attempting to inquire with your shipping number.  
 
Carolina Tack Supply cannot determine the specific fees associated with customs in every country. In some cases there may be a small duty or tax associated with the import of goods to your country. This fee can vary from destination, price of goods purchased to the amount and/or type of product imported.  Any additonal taxation or import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Packages to most commonly known destinations typically arrive within 10 days after they leave our facility. 

** We will make every effort to locate lost parcels or resolove any misdirected packages to the best of our ability. RETURNS

30 Day Return / Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We strive to provide you with all the information necessary to make an informed decision when purchasing an item. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused and in the same condition as received.

A refund of the invoice price minus shipping cost and 20% re-stocking charge will be issued.

We must be notified within 30 days from date of receipt. Returns outside of this 30 day return policy will be arranged for ex-change only as determined by Carolina Tack Supply. 

Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise determined by Carolina Tack Supply.

Refund credit may take up to a minimum of 10 business days to process. (Business days are M-F).

If the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be credited back as the same payment type received, unless otherwise determined by the buyer. We do not issue or maintain customer credit for future purchases.
