PRODUCT DETAILS From Department 56's Christmas in the City collection. * There were two very different versions of the NY Yankees Refreshment Stand manufactured by Department 56. * This Stand is from Department 56's Christmas in the City Series and is made of PORCELAIN consistent with other Christmas In The City buildings and accessories. It's item number is  56.59437.  Since this is an Accessory for Christmas in the City Series, it is NOT lighted. There are SEVEN flags on top of the Stand. * A second version of the New York Yankees Refreshment Stand (#56.59372)was released under Department 56's giftware line, also in 2004.  It is made of CERAMIC, is lighted, and is signficantly larger than the porcelain, collectible item.  A snack bowl is also included in the giftware box.  There are only TWO flags on top of the stand.  This box shows a color picture of the Stand and the Bowl and is mostly BLUE with red, white, and blue lines extending down from the top of the box for about 1 inch.  This giftware box is unlike any of Department 56's core village boxes, including Christmas In The City, which alerts buyers to it's giftware, and not collectible, status. * There are several listings on eBay that confuse these two, different versions.  This is not likely done on purpose since this can be very confusing to sellers who are not very involved in the details of each piece they list for sale.   * PLEASE make sure that this is the version of the New York Yankees Refreshment Stand that you are looking to buy. * Retired after only 1 1/2 years of production. * Legendary Ballparks Series * The 4 different teams ballpark refreshment stands are identical except for team names and colors. * Licensed by Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. *** FRAGILE.  Please take care to only handle by the solid porcelain sections of the accessory, such as the bottom.

USE & CONDITION New in box.  Removed for inspection and photos.     The box and sleeve are in very good condition EXCEPT for box cutter slice in lower half of sleeve due to an overly aggressive retail employee quickly opening the large shipping box. Can be easily taped from the inside, if desired.
