*If a Shipping Fee was originally added to the order, we'll cover the return shipping costs, however, if shipping was FREE initially, the Buyer (you) will be responsible for paying the return shipping!
*If we sell something in NEW condition, we expect it back in NEW condition!
*If you opt not to take pictures of your potential returns, you WILL BE held liable for any damages that were caused during the return shipping
*We will need to inspect the item(s) in order to match up any serial number(s), or part numbers, etc.
*And we will need to inspect for any damage to your returned item(s) before we can release your refund!
*Exchanges qualify for an item that is either identical, or remarkably similar in type and function.
NOTE :
*DOA Insurance ONLY APPLIES to electronics, PCs, computer components, etc.
*In the event an item is DOA, we would first attempt to send an exact replacement. If we do not have an exact replacement, we will then offer you a replacement item of equal value and of approximate or equal function. (i.e., If you receive a GPU and it is DOA, we are not going to offer you a PlayStation or a Power Supply as a replacement. However, in the event we cannot offer an exact replacement, nor could we find a suitable secondary replacement - we would give you the option to have the DOA item replaced by anything in our inventory if it is of equal value and if you approve of it. Lastly, if there is nothing in our inventory that would suffice as a fair and reasonable replacement, and we are unable to come to some type of arrangement, then we would go ahead and offer a full refund.
