Excellent 1950s Howdy Doody Marionette Puppet Doll w/Box Peter Puppet Playthings. Selling on eBay for 18 years with 100% Positive Feedback Original 1950's Howdy Doody Marionette Puppet with Box Unitrol Patent 2509135 Designed by Raye Copelan and Manufactured by Peter Puppet Playthings, Inc. All original, including the control strings, which are all intact, the Unitrol control panel, the control mouth ring and the control leg bar. Note he has the plastic eyes, not the painted type. His clothes are in great condition, with only light age surface wear. His left hand has damage to the palm area, see the last photo. The box cover is in great shape, the box itself has tape repairs but is complete. Not including the strings, Howdy Doody measures just over 15" tall. Please ask if you have any questions.
