Beautiful Leather halters by Leaders - very well made. Features:
  • Superb Leather Quality and Precision Craftsmanship, Leather is hand selected by our Master Craftsman
  • Double Leather, that is thick/hearty, very soft/supple, aniline finished so it will accept oiling/waxing. Leather is a porous system and has excellent absorbency to oiling/waxing. 
  • All heavy-duty SOLID Brass Hardware, clear coated hardware for long lasting brilliant shine
  • Double buckle on the crown, rolled throat w/a very nice snap only used for our halters, and an adjustable chin.
  • All Buckles feature a steel pin for added durability.
  • 3/4" wide leather, Triple Stitching on crown and Nose band. Double Stitching on Cheeks.
Sizing:
  • Full/Horse Size - Crown Strap is 26" from end to end, Cheek Piece is 8" and Top Part of Noseband is 14".
  • Cob Size -Crown Strap is 24" from end to end, Cheek Piece is 7" and Top Part of Noseband is 13"
Engraving:
  • Choose a Plate Numbered from #1-30. 
  • Message us after purchase the name you would like on the plate. We can do 1 or 2 lines and it will be the same price - Please indicate what you would like by the following format. Line 1: Name, Line 2: Name. For two lines let us know if you would like the top and bottom line to be the same size, top line bigger than bottom line or vice versa.
  • If during the checkout process it allows you to enter it in the Notes or Special instructions, you can do that as well.
  • how you type it to us will be done exactly on the plate. if you add "" to the engraving then it will appear on the plate.
Things to Keep in Mind about the Engraving:
  • Plates are 4.5" by 3/4" wide. Engraving area is 4" by 3/4" wide. They are Solid Brass Plates with notched ends. 
  • Diamond Engraved with several passes to obtain a optimal engraving. This is done by our state of the art machine.
  • Acid Dyed with several washes to bring out a nice bold black engraving. Sealer is then applied to the engraving
  • Fastened together with Chicago screws which are also solid Brass. Generally, we do not apply any glue, nail polish or Loctite. You may open them and apply these if you wish.

If you ONLY just provide us with name and Font plate # - we will automate and default to what will look best on the plate. Finally, we are a small business located in Massachusetts.
