Returns:

All items are sold AS-IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was significantly different than described in the text. Buyer must contact me via email to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Refunds will only be provided after the item is inspected. We do not credit the original shipping / handling cost, nor the return shipping cost.

• Single Toys: First Class  Mail $3.95. The United States Post Office estimates that it will take 2 to 9 business days for delivery.
• Combined shipping will be calculated at the checkout.

• The buyer is responsible for tariffs that your country may place on an ordered DVD. We are not responsible for the time it takes for your purchase to pass through customs of either country.
