NEW Copper Tape for Scalextric and Routed Slot Car Tracks !

For auction I have a 25 metre roll of high tack, self adhesive, ductile copper foil tape which is perfect for slot car tracks, as pictured. This copper tape suits a Scalextric or other slot car track perfectly and is great for improving the electrical conductivity and power of your track layout and making it look better. It is a brand new complete roll, ready for use.

I have always had problems with Scalextric and SCX tracks, and even with power taps the track often needs cleaning to get it running properly, especially when it isn't used on a regular basis. This copper tape has totally fixed this problem. Ever since I laid this copper tape over the rails on my Scalextric Track, I have never looked back. There is increased power for the cars, the magnatraction of the cars still works just as well through the copper tape, I have never had to clean the rails even after not using the track for several weeks, and people have commented that it makes the track look awesome as well.

This copper tape is easy to lay, in one continuous strip, around corners and everything. It is also perfect for routed tracks, if you want to build your own track out of timber. This copper tape has the special adhesive which is electrically conductive. So you don't have to do anything except lay it straight down over the rails of an existing plastic track and it is ready to run on.

Suitable for Scalextric, SCX, Ninco, FLY and Carrera Tracks as well as routed timber tracks. This auction is for one roll, 25 metres long by 5mm wide. Thickness is approx.1.25mil (this is not mm) or 30 microns. Remember, for a 2 lane 8 metre track you would need to cover 4 rails x 8 metres each, which is 32 metres in total. If you need more of the tape I am able to supply as much as you need.
