If you own an American made NordicTrack ® skier* you own one of the highest quality exercise machines ever made: when Ed Pauls, the designer and founder of NordicTrack ®, started selling the NordicTrack ® skier, his goal was to build and sell an exercise machine that, with proper care and a few new maintenance parts, your skier would last you a lifetime. *All skiers made before 1999 are 100% American made | At NordicGuyUSA we make the highest quality, best constructed leg resistance strap you can buy. We are the manufacturer and have been making these straps right here in the USA since 1998 (the year the original NordicTrack® company went bankrupt).
This is a new NordicTrack® flywheel leg resistance belt that will fit any NordicTrack® Achiever, Medalist or Elite ski machine models. This belt will also fit the NordicTrack® StrengthAerobics Skier. This is a brand new American made belt with two (2) heavy duty D-clips. Please note, the first year NordicTrack made the Achiever skier, they used a single metal clip design for the leg resistance belt. All Achievers made after the first year (and all Medalist and all Elite skier) use this resistance belt; a double clip belt design. If your Achiever leg resistance belt has only one metal clip attached at one of the ends, then you need a different resistance belt, which I have in my on-line store at NordicGuyUSA.com.
**The leg resistance strap is one of the most important parts on your skier; it is one of the least expensive maintenance parts, but responsible for the most important function, providing the skiing resistance to your legs. This is the one part you do not want to ignore maintenance replacement. The strap will also become noisy as it wears, so turning the strap over and then replacing on the recommended schedule (about every three year for the average user) will help your NordicTrack® skier operate smoother & quieter.**
