CAUTION: Do not purchase and/or use Phonak™ accessories without the proper original Phonak™ AC Charger and/or Phonak™ AC Adapter. The proper adapter/charger will not generally have a "Phonak™ " label or marking, but can be distinguished by the "interchangeable" and removable power connectors for different countries. Those sold in the US will have the US version adapter shown in the diagram below (US). This diagram shows an original and proper Phonak™ Adapter/Charger. They will also generally have a small "rounded corner" box logo with "GPE" inside the box. They will often indicate "Audio/Video Power Supply". Most importantly, they should have numerous electrical certifications and markings such as "UL", "CE", "GS, "CCC", "PSE" etc. If you do not have the correct Phonak™ adapter/supply, contact us for availability or see our separate auctions.
We sell and provide only the original Phonak™ Power Adapters. Although most Phonak™ Accessories will accommodate a 5 volt type Charger/AC Adapter with a standard female "mini-USB" connector, only the original Phonak™ Charger/Adapter is capable of supplying the correct voltages, at the correct tolerances, as well as supplying adequate current to allow Phonak™ Accessories to charge without damage to the battery and to work properly with adequate range for accessories such as TVLinks™ , ComPilots™ , ICubes™ , ICube II's™ etc. Please feel free to ask if you have questions. Note: We have many other Phonak™ hearing aid accessories. Contact us for special auctions for your specific needs. Many on-line sellers simply can't or won't support their Phonak™ hearing aid products and related accessory combinations in conjunction with programming them for proper operation with your aids if required. Many simply just want a "quick sale" and then leave you without help or support when you need it most.

Phonak™ Accessories must be compatible with the version of Phonak™ hearing aids you are using. These will generally be of the Legacy, CORE™ , SPICE™(S) , QUEST™(Q) or VENTURE™ (V) platforms. While there is some overlap in compatibility between platforms, you should ensure your version hearing aids will work and are compatible with the specific accessory(s) you are considering purchasing. This is necessary so your accessories and controllers won't interfere with other hearing aid users in the area and their accessories won't interfere with your aids. We are happy to assist you with this process.
In conjunction with this, most Phonak™ Hearing Aids (and accessories) will require some form of programming to your specific hearing aids for proper and/or optimum security and operation. This is easily accomplished by your local audiologist or by sending your aids to us for free programming to any accessory(s) you purchase from us. You pay only insured shipping both ways; the labor and programming is free and at "no charge" to you. If you need an update to your current audiogram, we are happy to do that at the same time for a small additional charge.
Although many online seller's can't (or won't) assist or support you, our technical staff is more than happy to help in any way possible. Keep in mind, if a seller can't or won't answer your questions, assist or support you before your purchase, they certainly won't support you after!
