She is adorned with ear ornaments, arm bracelets, a painted beaded belt and short apron decorated with traces of a complex symmetrical design. 5.5” (14 cm) high, 2 1/8“ (5 cm) wide and 1 1/8” (2.4 cm) deep; without repairs or restoration, this highly desirable desirable figure is in excellent condition. Chinesco/Chinesca figures are classified into four broad "A" through "D" stylistic categories; this outstanding, museum-grade example is a rare and especially desirable standing variant of the heart-face shaped “C” type figures, which are nearly always modeled in a seated or reclining position.
