Guaranteed full refund on defective merchandise. Non-defective items must be returned in original condition; restocking fees may be applied to used/opened items or damaged packaging. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receipt. For items shipped free within the USA, our shipping cost to send the item to you is not refunded, and will be deducted from refunds for returned items. Customer pays all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that the item be packaged well to avoid damage and that the shipment be tracked.

To combine foreign shipping costs, commit to buy all items, but do not pay; request a combined invoice. All items ship by weight, so while it may be possible to combine and ship small items for free, larger items will ship at a reduced cost, but not free.

Our primary domestic shipping method is USPS First Class for items under one pound and USPS 2-day Priority for heavier items (though pressurized flammable liquid products may ship Ground as legally required). Any duty or fees that may be imposed by your country's customs office is your responsibility to know and pay; additional taxes/duties/fees imposed by your country are not included in the price.
