ROUSH’s newly-designed cold air intake for the 2015-2017 2.3L I4 Ecoboost engine brings staggering performance increases that can be achieved with an installation that takes under an hour with no calibration required!

The ROUSH EcoBoost Cold Air Intake replaces the restrictive stock air intake, unlocking latent power and fuel efficiency. There’s no need for calibration or a custom tune, as this CAI system was engineered, tested, and designed to work with the completely stock 2.3L I4 engine! Paired with Ford’s innovative EcoBoost engine, our ROUSH Cold Air Kit feeds cooler, denser air to the Turbo, increasing potential power output by up to 29 RWHP and 27 ft-lbs. RTWQ! Our kit is 74% less restrictive than the stock system at peak horsepower. Best of all, this system will not void your factory warranty!

An innovative dry filter is composed of two layers of wire mesh for durability and is proven to retain its shape under high airflow. The filter is washable, re-usable and requires no oiling.

Included in the kit is the air filter with clamp, injection-molded lower air box/tray (featuring the ROUSH logo) with installed EPDM foam hood seal, blow-molded clean air tubes and all required mounting hardware. The kit utilizes all factory emissions and vacuum lines. Factory mounting locations and hardware are utilized to allow for quick and easy installation. ROUSH also includes a 90 day limited parts warranty with this system.

• Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and needs to be ordered from our local Ford warehouse, it usually takes 1-3 days to arrive. We will ship your complete order once all parts have arrived.
• If a part is not in stock and needs to be ordered from a Ford USA warehouse, it usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. We will ship your complete order once all parts have arrived.
• Your order may be shipped Express for an additional cost, see shipping methods at checkout.
• Oversized shipments may have additional fees, you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• In the event that a part is on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible and you will be contacted.
• Free shipping is not available to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Return Policy

If you do not supply a VIN at the time of order and a part does not fit, return shipping costs will be your responsibility, pending the item fits the below return criteria:

• Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging with the original labels in tact. Ensure the box is not written directly on or damaged.
• We cannot take back parts that have been test fitted or used.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• Ford Performance, Roush Performance, RTR parts, Rough Country, and any other aftermarket parts are not returnable. The warranty on these parts will still be honored.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded if you have not supplied a VIN for fitment confirmation.
• If you supply a VIN upon ordering and the part does not fit, we will send you a pre-paid return label.
• Return requests need to be within 30 days of purchase.
• Returns are only approved and refunded by shipping labels we provide.
• We do reserve the right to refuse and refund any orders that do not meet the above criteria.
