3M 300LSE, an industrial-strength double-sided adhesive that is one of the strongest and most versatile adhesives of its kind. trace the outside of your shoe's sole on the back of the sheet (the side that shows "3M" on it) with a permanent marker
and then cut along the traced outline with a good pair of household scissors. After cutting your
soles to size, you only have to peel off the protective liner of the
adhesive backing and stick your new soles on. This way you can design the most efficient use
of the material and you keep the scraps. While you can buy sheets
