UGears Mechanical Celesta - Wooden Mechanical Model - 573 Pieces

The Mechanical Celesta is both a wooden mechanical model and a functional musical instrument. This special musical model includes elements of a piano, a music box, and a xylophone. There are two modes of playing the instrument: you can use the keys to strike the metal plates, or you can “program” the instrument by composing a melody on the player piano drum, then play it by turning the knob!

Like the UGears Hurdy-Gurdy, the Mechanical Celesta is both a wooden mechanical model and a functional musical instrument. Thanks to the Mechanical Celesta's ease of use, even the smallest child or those without any prior musical knowledge can begin to play music by striking the keys or turning the crank to produce pre-programmed melodies.

In “manual mode” when you press a key the hammer strikes a plate and the sound of the corresponding note is heard. In “programmed mode” you arrange a series of wooden pins along a rotating drum. When the drum is turned the pins trigger the hammers to strike the right notes.

Whether or not the item has been opened, as long as it undamaged and unused:

• You're eligible for a full refund for up to 30 days past the purchase date.
• Contact us so we can start the returns process.
• We'll e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label.
• Carefully pack the item back up (with original packaging if possible) and drop it off at a local carrier.
• Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll issue your refund back to your original method of payment.
• Please note, all the pieces of the item must be returned unused and undamaged for a full refund.
• If the item is returned used or incomplete, we will only issue a partial refund.

If an item arrives missing pieces or is malfunctioning:

• Contact us as soon as possible, you're eligible for an exchange up to 30 days past the purchase date.
• Please describe what's missing or what the problem is.
• We'll e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label.
• Carefully pack the item back up (with original packaging if possible) and drop it off at a local carrier.
• Once we receive a shipping confirmation, we'll ship your exchange out.

If an item arrives damaged from shipping:

• If you can, include a picture or two and description of the damage.

Giving Back

At Charlie + Wobbs, trees are kinda our thing. Not only do trees provide the beautiful pieces of wood that goes into all of our products, but they also help provide the cardboard our boxes are made from, the paper packing material to keep everything safe during shipment, the cardstock our flyers are printed on, the paper towels used during production, and most importantly, the air we breathe just to be alive.
