Each item is inspected very closely, we note all defects and damages. All items are sold in "as is, as found in" condition. We do not offer a standard return policy, but if there are any problems with an item purchased please contact us immediately so that we can handle the situation to which makes both parties happy. Please ask questions in plenty of time before auctions end, so that we can send you more photos or answer your question in a timely manner. Please read our feedback as we try to provide the up-most satisfaction to our customers.
We reserve the right to cancel an auction at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel a bid if so desired due to poor feedback or difficult customers.
Payment must be sent within 3 days. Items are shipped as soon as payment is received.
We do ship items overseas and to Canada. But you must contact us first before placing a bid. And the shipping and handling charges will be different than stated. We will confirm shipping & handling before you pay, so please do not pay before you receive an invoice. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail plus Insurance. Overseas and Canada buyers are required to pay with Paypal, unless other arrangements are made before the end of Auction
We pack each item with great care. Once item is packaged and shipped, we are not responsible for the handling of it by USPS. Insurance is automatically added to the auction and is factored in with the standard flat rate shipping cost. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with Insurance. We will be happy to combine on shipping any time we can.
