DIMPLES: Modern notes with heavy security strips sometimes develop “dimples” as the notes are counted in high-speed counters at the printers. According to PMG and IBNS, this does not disqualify the note as uncirculated. If you are looking for specimens with mild dimpling, please contact me first. Post-production flaws like counting ticks and band bending are considered flaws in and UNC note. I will specify such notes as A-UNC and note the specific damage.
