Description Vintage 1960s Christian Dior New York suit. 2-Piece suit featuring a pleated skirt and jacket. Wool or wool blend boucle plaid in black, cream, red, and gold. I believe this has a touch of mohair as the black threads are soft to the touch and textured. The jacket has a single breasted 4 button closure, and front patch pockets. The skirt has front inverted pleats. It has two buttons on the front, but closes with two side zippers. In very good contition. Missing a button on the sleeve cuff. I believe the front pockets also had buttons but those are missing. LABELS: Christian Dior-New York , and a "Maggie", Wayzata-Georgetown store label. SIZE: No labels. Please refer to the measurements. These are of the item, not the wearer. Compare with a similar garment for best fit. I wear a modern size 4/6 and this fits me well.
