Staggeringly beautiful old fashioned sailing scenes on cotton...this beauty of unused old stock yardage...there is nothing rudimentary about this ornately detailed textile with rare scenes of nauticals...sailboats...anchors...birds...I have never seen the use of american flags in a vintage decorator fabric as such...so a very rare take on what has a flavor of Fourth of July on Martha's Vineyard.   This offering is for ONE unused unwashed remnant of yardage that has never seen the light of day...unwashed premier yardage of a 1930's NAUTICAL EXTRAVAGANZA! A nice quality cotton twill...upholstery weight...but also suitable for designers who make clothing...the vintage children's designer trunk show peeps perhaps...a fab coordinate mixed with pastel chenilles...you are sure to make your mark at any show...home or garment. A crisp white ground...beautiful swaths of nautical sea blues...from blue ink navy to aquamarine sky blues...varied shades of pink...creamy pea limes...with hints of dove gray.
