Unopened/unused Model/item # stamped on side: 5H13 "Cat. #FA-2156, 10  per package, Aromatized Ammonia - 33% Alcohol" printed on box.  Description and instructions on how to use the pieces are printed on the box.  Very rare piece from original 1950s Mining Safety Appliances, Co first aide kit, by Braddock, Thomas & Meade Sts. Pittsburgh, PA. Made in USA.  Several different pieces and items from this kit are available in our shop.  Make wonderful display pieces or props for WWII scenes, etc. Hard to find in such great condition. Rare piece of mining and Amercian war history, that you can hold in your hand! Nice condition for its age. Box still in tact, appears to be full of original items. Print/graphocs on box still look great! Hardly touched at all over its lifetime. Some light/normal rubbing/wear from storage on edges, etc. This piece is for display/prop use, etc. We do not advise using these items for medical purposes anymore. Came from an original first aid kit that has been in storage since original use in 1950s. There is a strong musty smell to the pieces, as expected from age/storage.
