I try my very best to sell only the highest quality merchandise and I want all of my customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If it is new, it will say NEW. However, please keep in mind that much of the stuff listed is second-hand, vintage, items purchased at estate, garage, and storage sales that may have been used, and may contain some flaws. Because of this, unfortunately the history of many items may not be known, but I will do my very best to list any major flaws, describe items to the best of my ability and take as many pictures as possible. Please keep in mind this way of selling is subject to interpretation and you may have different standards than I, based on your level of interest. Therefore please ask questions as you see fit and know that I will never intentionally omit comment on a flaw, but I could miss something. Please allow me 24 hours to respond.

Please know that bidding is a contract.  But if you bid by mistake, please let me know.  I hate the collection process and Iam happy to terminate transactions.  *I only accept PayPal.* Payment is due within 5 days of auction close.  I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible.

I'm sorry the USPS keeps raising its rates and that shipping has become so expensive. I don't make money on shipping.  In fact, I refund money when I make a mistake in the calculation. Shipping costs include insurance on breakables and items that sell for over $45.00.  Signature confirmation is included on all items over $100.00.  Published shipping charges apply only to the US. Free shipping charges also only apply to the U.S. When shipping UPS Ground, published shipping charges only apply to the contiguous 48 states.  I will consider shipping to most of Europe, Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and Japan on a case by case basis.  Please inquire about shipping rates before bidding as International shipping is expensive, especially on heavy items and with signature confirmation.

I try to package all items to ensure safe passage through the postal system.  In the unlikely event of damage, please take pictures of item and packaging and send them to me.  If insured, take immediately to the shipper to document the damage.  Buyer pays for return shipping.  Finally, I only ship to both confirmed and verified buyers.
