Condition:
Vintage with visible signs of wear consistent with age & use.  Hard body (feels like plastic underneath).  Takes 2 D-batteries - waves his broom, eyes light up, head turns side to side, supposed to blow a ball out his hat.  Missing the ball.  One of the eyes has paint loss - probably from tapping on it as it doesn't always light up unless you tap on the eye a bit to make it come on. Hat has come unglued from the head but stays on fine as the pipe the ball is supposed to blow out of easily holds the hat in place.  Runs a bit noisy as these older toys were not as quiet as the ones they make now.  Box is in rough condition.
