We cannot guarantee to honor a request to 'expedite' an order(and/or ship it with a different shipping option) as we are not necessarily processing orders every day, although ask if its possible. We state in our listings that we will process the order in 1 working day after payment (1 Day Handling) and will do our best to fulfill that.
Your mailing address on your Paypal account or from any other medium must be correct, if its not, CONTACT US ASAP and we will send to CORRECT ADDRESS. If we send to incorrect address because of an incorrectly listed address, we are not liable.
For INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, please allow time for shipping. From our address in North Carolina, it can take 1 to 3 weeks to reach a Canadian address. While most Canadian orders are below the threshold to receive a customs fee, it can happen if the order is around 20 USD. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees.
Returns
For any problem or concern, contact us THROUGH EBAY, and we can address the problem first. We can accept a return if returns are specified in the listing AND the item is protected with padding etc when returning it. Once returned, we can refund the purchase price only, but not shipping. IF we have sent the wrong item, CONTACT US and we can arrange to send the correct item. In cases where the order was correct but the buyer changed their mind, or didn't like product, we will sometimes exchange the item upon receiving the return, but we cannot guarantee this option.
Shipping Discounts and Combined Shipping

If you are buying 3 or more quantities, you can request an invoice (after you 'buy', before you 'pay') and i will see if a further discount is possible.
COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNTS are available when a lightweight item is combined with a heavy item, the lightweight item's shipping is free. We can also offer a COMBINED SHIPPING DISCOUNT when several lightweight items are purchased together, THE SHIPPING WILL BE FREE for all but the highest shipping price . Combined shipping DOES NOT APPLY to the purchase of multiple quantities from only one listing (there is often a discount offered for multiple quantities already). Most listings will be designated 'lightweight' or 'heavyweight' at the top of the listing. If in doubt, contact us. While we do not offer a discount for heavy items combined with other heavy items, if you feel one is in order, its worth asking us and if its feasible, then we can do it.
