Foot has a rounded underside. Reddish clay with black gloss, with washed red decoration covering upper part of body between handles, four horizontal lines and chevron pattern. Tongues beneath rim and obverse side identical. Dates to the 4th century BC and measures 3.5 inches in diameter. This type of "Greek" ceramic is classified as Xenon ware as was named after a similar kantharos that is found in the Frankfurt Museum and has inscribed in it the word "XENON".
