fine historic parlor GUITAR handmade of all solid tonewoods in Germany (probably Markneukirchen / Germany) around the 1920s/1930s
about 92cm total length , scale lenght approximately 62,3cm - solid spruce top with multiple white-black purfling/binding, also around the soundhole - parlor size body made of solid maple, ONEPIECE back with some birdeyes, lower bout 33cm, center bout 19,5cm, upper bout 25cm, sides hight about 8,7cm-9cm, nice flamed sides - totally straight maple neck with open headstock, good fretboard with pearl dots, 18 frets , original ebony nut, width at nut 47mm

ebony strap pinThe guitar is fully playable with excellent 3,4mm string action (E1 on 12th fret), In the top beside the fingerboard two very fine hairline cracks were closed/glued. On the right lower side, a damage was well repaired, too. Otherwise, there are no cracks or other damages on this fine guitar. The top is showing some moderate plec marks and normal signs of playing. One tuner side is not original and was replaced once

The fingerboard is showing very slightly signs of playing between the first two frets, the frets are without signs of playing. Fretwork was done. The fingeboard was cleaned and oiled
with new classical string
