RETURN POLICY: Our return policy gives you 14 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received, for a full refund of item cost only.  If the item is returned for any reason other than Not as describe or defective, return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer . In addition we charge a 15% restocking fee. When returning an item please write the reason for the return on a piece of paper and place it inside the package/box. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 14 days from the date of delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipments can take one to two weeks depending on location & up to 30 days in some cases. I am not responsible for shipments once they have left the US, as I am unable to track them past that point.   We currently use USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International for our International shipping. Customers are responsible for all tariffs and duties for international shipments. Please include your telephone number with your order. No International order will ship without a valid phone number.
