We prefer payment by Paypal, but also accept payment by cheque or UK postal orders.
If paying by cheque please note that payment must be in pounds sterling and we only accept cashiers or personal cheques drawn on UK banks. We cannot accept cheques drawn on foreign banks.
Items paid for by cheque will only be sent out once payment has cleared through the bank.
Payment is expected to be made within 7 days of purchase or from receiving an invoice. An invoice will be sent out for multiple purchases.
Items are normally dispatched within one business day of receiving cleared payment.
As items vary enormously in size, weight and the need for additional protection
postage and packaging charges are estimates for single items.
You will receive an bespoke invoice for multiple purchases.
Please note that the packing cost is included in the shipping charge.
Other services are available on request and can be tailored to your needs.
Please get in touch if you think you have been overcharged as partial refunds through paypal can be given if necessary.
Returns will be accepted. If purchasing in December, cancellation of the purchase and return of the item(s) will be accepted after Christmas up to and including 31st January. Otherwise purchases made in other months must be cancelled and item(s) returned within 30 days of receipt. Full refunds will be given but returned items are expected to be in a similar condition to when they were sent.
Arrival times are estimates and may take longer than stated. In the unfortunate event that your item(s) are lost in the post full refunds will be given after:
15 working days (i.e. 3 weeks) for U.K. destinations
20 working days (i.e. 4 weeks) for E.U. destinations other than the U.K.
25 working days (i.e. 5 weeks) for the rest of the world.
This is however a very occurrence, so if items do take longer than estimated please do be patient as they will likely arrive shortly.
