Item:302488470809Neat old half penny token with plenty of interesting detail due to being struck from failing dies. British Copper Company VINCIT AMOR PATRIAE. I believe this is the token variety described by Withers (British Copper Tokens 1811-1820) as follows: "This die was used until it was extensively cracked. The most serious crack looks like a beard projecting from the chin of the bust." Sized about 28mm & 9.3g. ______________________________________________________________________ The items pictured are the items you will receive. Please feel free to ask questions :) **USPS International Shipping costs have increased significantly** I apologize for the new high International Rates. Please note that I am charging less than the actual postage charges charged by the USPS. All buyers should feel free to combine purchases to save on shipping costs.
