Damage & problem free, not really rusted, some surface oxidation will disappear when painted/finished. 1 may have been painted long ago?? Both marked with # 2 on back of base. Will protrude 3" from mounted surface, double hooks are 2 3/4" between them. THE FINE PRINT ..... Great addition to any antique/vintage hardware or related collection or display at a way-too-low offering. Shipped boxed via 1st Class Mail, without insurance .
