Expiration Policy

While most of our products do come with well beyond an expiration date of 1 year, we can guarantee that the bare minimum of our products will carry an expiration date of minimum 6 months of purchase. We offer a money back guarantee if you receive anything that is less than 6 months.

Shipping

We currently offer a maximum of 2 business days to have orders leave our facilities. Western Canada will receive orders from our Calgary warehouse via Purolator while our Eastern Canada customers will receive orders from our Toronto warehouse via Fedex.

Returns

We offer free returns to all of our customers as long as the product has not been used and is in a reasonable condition. Simply open a return via eBay and we'll provide the return label. Once the item is shown delivered to our facility, we will offer a refund within 2 business days.
