Stage 1 Turbo Kit with 3-36 psi adjustable pressure-switch for gasoline and diesel cars.

The operation: the system starts injecting when the boost switch reaches the user-adjustable point and it injects a fixed amount of fluid through the nozzle until the switch opens again.

Water/ Methanol Injection pump has no pressure cut-off switch for eliminating any oscillation/pulsation. Internally bypasses for a smooth constant even flow at the nozzle.  Our standard water-methanol pump is suitable for up to 1000hp. If you need more than 1260 ml/min or 20 GPH. Please choose the bigger pump and controller.

All metal equipment has the durability to corrosion of methanol and water, which constitute corrosion impact-resistant nickel-plated brass, brass, and EPDM grade plastic material.

100% Water:  10-15% Water/ Fuel ratio or 0.5-1cc per HP

%50-50 Water-Methanol: 15-20% W-M/ Fuel ratio or  1-1.5cc per HP

Please indicate which nozzle size and color of hose you prefer before the order item. If you don't specify the size, we will send you a 252 ml/min (4 GPH) nozzle and Red Hose.
