Up for sale from a recent client in Honolulu this group of 8x 1959 Hawaii Matson line food menu covers that were designed by L. Macouillard. The condition is described above - for more details please check the photos. There will be additional groups of these menus listed please check my store.

Packing material : I charge you my costs for all packing materials used. However, this is Hawaii and not the continental US, and everything has to be shipped in from out of state. To give you an idea, a shipping box, if it is not a free one from the Post Office, costs between $4 - $9 . Bubble wrap costs $1 per foot and I usually use at least 3 or 4 feet or more for breakable items. Foam chips per box (book box size) will be between $8 - $10, and packing tape costs me $3 a small roll.
