Description: An exqusite bronze female Hindu goddess standing poise with a charming attitude, voluptuous figure well defined with harmonious proportion, breast uncovered, hips covered with a long multi-layer Sarong worn low at the waist, decorated in elebrate strands of beaded jewels. She is shown with four-arms raised about her, holding attributes in two of her upper hands while simultaneously displaying various mudras. Her other two hands are extends outward with the palm of both hands facing outward. The right hand positioned upward in the 'Vitarka' mudra, the gesture of instruction and intellectural argument, while the left hand is pointed downwards so as to subdue objects that are the cause of fear, the 'Sharagamana' mudra, with the middle finger and thumb pressed lightly together. The multiplicity of the arms emphasizes the devata's immense power and ability to perform several acts at the same time.xxxx Her facial expression relays a powerful blend of calm and spiritual enlightenment, with almond-shaped down-cast eyes, a prominent nose, wide mouth with an insipid smile, and elongated earlobes draped in elaborate earring pendants.
