Has long sharp horse ears and wavy beard and hair. Hands and legs are in elongated form. The vase appears to have some grape clusters remaining on the body. The Lekythos has a fine spout which was most likely used as a libation offering vessel. The vessel has some deep rich glaze still remaining. Much of the slip is now gone and in buff form. Handle missing and a portion of the lip as well. Dates to circa 500 BC and measures 6 inches in height. Very rare form. Comes from a British collection formed in the '80's.
