The seal ring has symbol of king (or deva with crown) holding sword, horse on the left, and bull on the right -- incised on the broad-shoulder ring with original old patina (silver oxide of over 1,500 years). The figure with crown has a similar style with late Pala (in India) and early Hariphunchai (in Northern Thailand) from 10th century A.D. Seal ring began to appear in Southeast Asia along with the trades with Ancient India (who then traded with Persia and Roman). This kind of seal ring is very scarce, very hard to find. Pyu kingdoms were network of city states and were one of the earliest classical kingdoms in Southeast Asia from 1st century B.C., had rice growing culture and trading with Ancient India and China.
