• If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please retain all packing materials, labels, etc, and e-mail or call me ASAP so that I may initiate the claim process with the carrier. 
• Returns: Buyer pays shipping both ways.  In order for item to be eligible for return, it must be sent back in condition in which it was received.  This means that any and all tags, stickers, labels, whether added by manufacturer (as in NWT) or seller must still be attached to the item and not tampered with or removed. If an item is returned from a buyer's smoking home and requires dry cleaning to restore, the cost of dry cleaning will be deducted from the refund. Please check all measurements stated in listing as returns for size or fit are considered buyer's remorse and are not subject to 'item not as described' conditions.

Most items I sell are on consignment and come from local estates, and unless otherwise specified, are NOT in brand new or mint condition.  Veranda-estate is a long time trusted seller on eBay and a bona fide business, not a yard sale, and many of the items we sell are hard to find.
