It dates circa 1910s or 1920s. It measures 7 7/8 inches x 11 1/2 inches (20 cm x 29.2 cm). The back opening size is 7 inches x 10 inches (17.8 cm x 25.4 cm). The molding measures 5/8 inch wide (1.6 cm). The frame has a great looking old brass wash finish. There is a small slight discoloration on the center of the right side along the sight edge. It has its original old bubbled and wavy glass. It has a tiny chip on the side, which very slightly shows, but I don't think it's a big issue. The glass is held in with six screws and wires on the back, but one of these is missing. It still holds in well though. It's stamped 9463 on the back in the bottom left corner. The stand works very well. The frame has developed a beautiful patina. It weighs 1 pound 11 1/2 ounces (776 g). It has what I always look for in frames, that wonderful old world look!
