This Napoleon III casket still has the original light green silk lining. It is beautifully detailed with roses and garlands and has four feet. The bottom says Depose, which means it has a copy right of the 19th century. As mentioned the inside lining is original and still in rather good shape. It does however show signs of its 100 years plus existence in that some of the silk is frayed along the walls and there is some dust and pin size spots in the bottom.
Measurements are: 5 3/8”by 4 ¼” and 4 ¾” tall.
