Circa Late 1880s Bausch & Lomb "Model" Microscope - Brass and enameled cast iron microscope that was one of the first affordable, quality, microscopes offered in the U.S. Mechanically, everything works as it should. Lenses are vintage but replacements. Ocular lens is unbranded and has a little play in the tube. Objective lens is a Spencer Lens 1.6mm NA 0.25. Neat historical piece that displays well "as is" or alternatively could be completely restored with appropriate lenses.
